Service Description
This is a course designed for participants to understand electricity and basic electronic devices. We will go over the concepts of voltage, current, power, and understand devices like resistors, diodes, LEDs, relays, transistors, etc. Theory lessons are online and freely available. The instructor-led course consist of 8 labs of approximately 1.5 hours, limited to 12 participants. The labs include problem solving exercises on paper and practical circuits builds to verify the results of the problems and illustrate the concepts studied. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will incur in a fee to cover the cost for kits or material that has already shipped to the student. This fee can be up to $50, depending on the course. Cancellation requests received between 5 and 7 days before the course starts will incur in a 50% cancellation fee (in addition to the up to $50 mentioned above). Cancellation requests received between 8 and 10 days before the start of the course will incur in a 15% cancellation fee (in addition to the up to $50 mentioned above). No cancellations will be issued less than 5 days before the course scheduled start. Cancellation requests have to be sent by e-mail or through our contact form, clearly indicating your name, the course and scheduled start date.
